Concrete pipe has been used as a conduit for storm water and sanitary systems for over 200 years.
Our concrete pipe is manufactured using state of the art machinery that produces a dense, high strength, quality product that is designed to last a minimum of 75 years. Alongside our concrete pipe, LCG supplies the latest industry standard, easy to install rubber gaskets that ensure a watertight seal.
Properly installed concrete pipe has proven itself to outperform design expecations. Langley Concrete is manufactured with locally sourced aggregates and cementitious materials. When reinforcment is required, we use steel that is made from 80% recycled materials, continuinally ensuring that our product is the most economically and environmentally concious choice on the market today.
Concrete pipe is available reinforced (ASTM C76) from 300mm inside diameter to 3600mm in classes suitable for most, if not all applications. Non-reinforced concrete pipe (ASTM C14) is available from 200mm to 900mm and is a competitively priced alternative to reinforced pipe in many design applications.
All concrete pipe manufactured by LCG are made to the relevant ASTM specifications, C76-08a, C14-07, C655-07, and will meet the CSA 257.1, CSA 257.2 specifications.
In addition to pipe, we produce a wide variety of fittings and appurtenances that can be customized to fit whatever design specifications are called for. Some of the fittings we carry include: mitre bends (single and double), manhole access tees, wyes, drop structure fittings, and many more! If the product you are looking for isn’t listed here or below, be sure to inquire further, as we are very flexible in what we can produce.
