We are all aware of the increasing impact of the COVID-19 virus on our community, economy and families. Our primary concern at this time is the health and safety of our staff, our customers and our supply chain partners.
All Langley Concrete Group facilities are open for normal business hours and we intend to continue to be fully operational as long as logistically possible during this crisis.
We place the health and safety of our staff, customers and suppliers at top priority and have implemented a series of policies and procedures to safeguard the wellbeing and help prevent the spread of the virus at our locations.
We have been affected by absences due to the Pandemic but we have had no cases of virus within our facilities. This has impacted our production capacities, but we are actively hiring in efforts to minimize the impact on current orders and maintaining acceptable inventory levels.
If you have questions regarding a specific order please contact the salesperson you placed your order with and request an update.
Please note we require any customer requesting pick up at our yard locations to order by phone or email prior to arrival.
We will only allow yard access to drivers who have a valid Delivery Note.
Please review the Yard Access and Loading Policy attached below prior to picking up products from our locations.
We are maintaining a clean, safe environment and require our customers to respect our procedures and our employees as the undertake their job duties and maintain physical distancing at all times.
