The Bill S211 Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (S.C. 2023, c. 9) was enacted on January 1st, 2024, with the aim of combating forced labor and child labor in supply chains. This law imposes a reporting requirement to confirm that neither forced labor nor child labor has occurred at any stage of the supply chain process in the creation of the products supplied to our company.
